Returns & Refunds
Of course we hope that you love your new digs, however if your are not satisfied with your purchase you can easily return or exchange the product/s within 14 days after you received it.
Our returns policy entitles you to return the product for any reason. You have the right to open the package and check the contents, but the product must be return unused including all original packaging, price labels etc. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Swimwear can only be returned in its original packaging including any and all hygienic packaging. Without this, a refund will not be given
If you would like to return your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please specify your name, order number, item/s to be returned and why you would like to return them. After consideration of your request, please then send your items to the below address:

Please note that the costs and responsibility of the return shipment are at your cost. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service. Please send then tracking code to us once sent. If the package is lost, it is not our responsibility.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note we can only refund the amount in to the account where the original payment came from.
This credit will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we only offer refunds. If you would like to exchange an item, we advise you to return the unwanted item and make a new order for the right item or size you prefer.
